What treatments are included in the Body Confidence programme?

Each programme is personalised and may include a combination of fat freezing, ultrasound cavitation and radiofrequency skin tightening, depending on your goals and the areas being treated.

How long does the Body Confidence programme take?

Most programmes are delivered over several weeks, as treatments are scheduled in stages to allow the body time to respond and progress naturally.

Is the Body Confidence Journey suitable for weight loss?

This programme is designed for body contouring, fat reduction and skin tightening rather than overall weight loss. It is most suitable for areas resistant to diet and exercise.

When will I start seeing results?

Results develop gradually over time as the body responds to treatment. The focus is on progressive, natural-looking refinement rather than instant change.

I went here for loose skin treatment and I’m only one session in and the results are amazing already. After 12 years of post-baby skin and feeling like nothing worked, I was going to get a tummy tuck next year but I really don’t think I’ll need one anymore. Can’t wait to see the improvement after 6 sessions! Uzma was super lovely and the treatment rooms are really nice too.

I've been having cryotherapy and Usma is a fantastic technician, explains everything thoroughly and checks and rechecks to make sure you're okay. The setting is so beautiful and relaxing inside. There was some minimal discomfort in the procedure but the results are amazing 👏 I would recommend to anyone wanting to target fat loss in a specific area 10/10
